1. ABOUT OUR SERVICES
Welcome on Board by Ana provides personalized online coaching for individuals preparing for airline interviews and aviation careers. All sessions, materials, and advice are designed to support your personal and professional development. Our services are educational and coaching-based, not recruitment, therapy, or guaranteed employment.
2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
All coaching sessions must be booked and paid in advance through our official website or payment links provided by us. Prices are displayed in USD and processed securely via PayPal or Wix Payments. Once payment is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and access to schedule your session.
3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 4 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 4 hours or failure to attend are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. If a technical or scheduling issue occurs on our side, we will reschedule your session at no cost. All sessions and programs are non-refundable once payment has been made.
4. USE OF MATERIALS
All materials, guides, videos, and session content provided by Welcome on Board by Ana are the intellectual property of the brand. You agree not to record, copy, share, or distribute any materials or session content without prior written consent.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Welcome on Board by Ana provides coaching, educational materials, and interview preparation guidance based solely on publicly available information and personal professional experience.
Any references to airlines — including but not limited to their hiring criteria, salary structure, interview process, or selection tests — are based on information that is freely accessible through official airline websites or other public sources.
We are not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by any airline or aviation company.
All materials, examples, and discussions are intended for training and informational purposes only.
Welcome on Board by Ana does not guarantee employment, selection, or specific results, and shall not be held responsible for any decision, interpretation, or outcome resulting from the use of our coaching or materials.
